Golfers who are keen to live right on the golf course’s can opt to live in the 267-hectare golf residential estate. Designated lots will accommodate houses ranging from 500 to 5,000 square meters. Private mansions, service apartments or townhouses will be built on demand and secured by a 6km-long wall.
